                                     Ingredients

1    Double cream (two cups).                    

2.   Milk (two cups).

3    Eggs Four pieces (separate yolks).    

4.   Sugar (three-fourths cup).

5.  Vanilla Essence (as required)

Preparation recipe Step by Step Instructions

      1۔ In a non-stick pan, combine both milk and cream and cook over medium heat and Mix with a wooden spoon۔

2۔ Beat the egg yolks, vanilla essence and sugar well in a bowl and then add the cream and half a cup of milk mixture to the yolks and mix well with the batter.

3۔ Then heat the yolks in a saucepan, add to the mixture and cook on low heat for 8 minutes۔

4۔ When the mixture becomes thick enough to form a coating on the spoon, remove the saucepan from the stove, filter the mixture, put it in the mold and cover and keep in the freezer.

5۔ Then take it out, beat it with a batter and put it in the freezer again for six to eight hours. Delicious Vanilla Icecream is ready.
